摘要(Abstract)：
湖州电力局通信专业以完善标准化作业体系为抓手,注重基础数据的积累,推行实施精细化管理,持续改进、不断创新,以开展通信设施状态检修来促进专业管理水平提升,探索、实践精细化管理并取得成效。
The implementation of delicacy management by Huzhou electric power communications focuses on the accumulation of basic data for the improvement of standard operating system.Professional management level is greatly enhanced by condition-based maintenance of communications equipments through continuous improvement and innovation.And the exploration and practice of delicacy management are performed and desirable effect is achieved.
