锅炉冲管技术在分布式能源站中的应用

摘要(Abstract):

能源站内主要管网和相关设备内部的清洁度是保证其安全稳定运行的前提条件,也对能源站投产前管网水冲洗效果提出了更高要求。对此,提出一套分布式能源站水管道冲洗方法,该方法基于锅炉冲管的相关原理和技术,结合水系统的运行特点,制定了涵盖预冲洗水泵试转、正式冲洗消除主要杂质和后冲洗消除离子杂质的3阶段冲洗方案,并设计了管路短接、杂质收集等冲洗前的准备工作。结合某分布式能源工程,介绍了该方法在冷冻水管道冲洗的现场应用情况,实际效果验证了该方法的科学性。
It is essential to keep the main piping system and relevant equipment clean in energy station for their operation safety and stability, which, therefore, has a stricter requirement on piping system flushing in the energy station before the operation. This paper puts forward a piping system flushing method for distributed energy station which is based on the related principle and technology of boiler flushing and considers the operation characteristics of the water system. It consists of preflushing for pump trial run, formal flushing for eliminating impurities and post-flushing for eliminating ion impurities. Besides, the preparing work such as the pipe nipple and collection of impurities is designed before flushing in this method. The field application of the method in chilled water pipeline flushing is introduced, and the practical effect proves the scientific nature of the method.
