摘要(Abstract)：

在电力工程中,物资采购工作关系到参与工程各方的共同利益,对于实现工程的经济效益和社会效益至关重要。通过对传统物资采购管理过程中的弊端分析,提出了结合新型采购结算模式、争取信息价以及加强质量检验工作的物资采购优化管理方法。实践证明,改进后的管理方式不仅确保了各方的利益,也保证了采购物资的良好质量,对于物资采购管理工作具有较好的借鉴意义。
In electric power projects, material procurement relates to the common interest of all parties involved in the project and is essential for achieving economical and social benefits. By analyzing drawbacks in traditional material procurement management process, the paper proposes an optimal management method for material procurement which combines new procurement settlement patterns, striving for information price and strengthening the quality inspection work. it is practically proved that the improved management method can not only ensure interests of all parties but also guarantee quality of materials procured, providing a good reference to material procurement management.
