考虑装置损耗及利用率的分布式潮流控制器协调出力控制策略
A coordinated output power and control strategy of distributed power flow controller considering device loss and utilization ratio

摘要(Abstract):

目前针对DPFC(分布式潮流控制器)多个子单元的出力分配控制策略普遍采用均分法与容量比例法,这两种方法均无法有效规避被控线路调节量较小时装置整体利用率较低、损耗较大的问题。对此,基于DPFC拓扑结构,分析其装置出力以及子单元装置运行损耗;从装置输出电压和使用容量两个方面,考虑DPFC装置总损耗、子单元装置利用率及相关约束条件,提出一种DPFC多子单元协调出力控制策略,应用PSCAD/EMTDC构建含10组不同容量子单元的110 kV典型系统仿真模型,验证了所提协调出力控制策略的正确性与有效性。
The output allocation control strategies of DPFC(distributed power flow controller) for multiple subunits now generally use the equalization method and the capacity proportion method, which, however, fail to avert low overall utilization and high losses of the device when the controlled line regulation is small. Based on the topology of DPFC, the output power loss and the operating loss of subunits are analyzed. In respect of the output voltage and capacity of the subunits, the paper proposes a coordinated output power and control strategy for multiple subunits of DPFC taking into account the total loss of DPFC, utilization ratio of subunits, and related constraints in terms of device output voltage and capacity. Furthermore, a simulation model of the typical 110 kV systems, including ten groups of subunits with different capacities, is constructed using PSCAD/EMTDC. The simulation results verify the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed coordinated output power and control strategy.
