电站热工优化控制平台协调优化组件的开发应用

摘要(Abstract):

大型火电机组的锅炉和汽轮发电机系统是一个多变量、非线性、强耦合的对象,具有迟滞性和大惯性,给控制系统的设计和实现带来许多困难,特别是当机组负荷发生较大变化时,许多协调控制系统通常难以维持正常运行。TOP(电站热工优化控制平台)系统的协调优化组件采用系统特性解耦、前馈闭环优化、状态观测器等技术有效解决了其中的迟滞性、强耦合性带来的控制难题,应用实践证明了其有效性。
The boiler and steam turbine generating system of the large-capacity thermal power unit are of multivariable,non-linear and close coupling,and they are characterized by the hysteresis and great inertia,which brings difficulties to the design and implementation of control system;especially when the unit load changes a lot,many coordinated control systems can no longer be in normal operation.The coordinated-control optimization module of the power plant thermal optimized-control platform(TOP) system uses the system performance decoupling and feedforward closed loop optimization,state observer and other technologies to effectively solve the control difficult problems that hysteresis and close coupling have caused,and the application has proven its validity.
