摘要(Abstract)：

由于配电网的自身特点、负荷特性及存在无功配置不合理和无功考核不合理的问题,在无功管理中普遍存在只重视如何提高功率因数的现象。针对配电网中用户端无功补偿装置在运行和考核中存在的过补偿问题,进行分析研究,并提出相应的防范措施。
Because of the characteristics, load characteristics, and unreasonable allocation and assessment of reactive power in distribution network, people only attach importance to improve power factor in reactive power management. Aiming at over-compensation in distribution network, the paper analyzes the problem and proposes preventive measures.
