配电网分布式电源承载力最优评估计算
Optimal hoisting capacity assessment and calculation for distributed generation in distribution networks

摘要(Abstract):

随着DG(分布式电源)在电网中所占比例的不断提高,评估配电网对DG的承载力具有重要意义。根据配电网的DG承载力定义,DG接入配电网不仅需要考虑DG的接入容量,同时需兼顾DG接入后系统的负荷裕度大小。考虑DG出力和负荷需求的时序性,构建以DG接入容量最大、系统负荷裕度最大、网络损耗最小为目标的规划模型,采用改进NSGA-Ⅱ(非支配排序遗传算法Ⅱ)实现在DG运行周期内对DG配置和最大接入容量的计算,同时针对求得的Pareto解集,结合提出的考虑设备承载力指标、节点承载力指标、DG承载力指标的配电网承载力评估体系模型,选择综合评分最高的配置容量作为配电网DG承载力的评估结果。最后,通过IEEE 33节点测试系统进行仿真,验证了所提评估方法的有效性。
With the increase in the penetration of distributed generation(DG) in power grids, evaluating the hosting capacity of distribution networks for DG has become critically important. According to the definition of the DG hoisting capacity, the integration of DG into distribution network requires not only consideration of the DG integration capacity but also the system's load margin after DG interconnection. By incorporating the time-series characteristics of DG output and load demand, this paper establishes a multi-objective planning model with the following optimization goals such as maximization of DG integration capacity, maximization of system load margin, and minimization of network losses. An improved non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm Ⅱ(NSGA-Ⅱ) is adopted to calculate the optimal DG allocation and maximum integration capacity throughout operational cycles. For the obtained Paretooptimal solutions, a comprehensive evaluation framework for distribution network hosting capacity is proposed, integrating equipment hoisting capacity indices, node hoisting capacity indices, and DG hoisting capacity indices. The configuration with the highest composite score is selected as the final assessment result. Simulation of the IEEE 33-bus test system demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
