“消雷器”能消雷吗?

摘要(Abstract):
介绍了笔者和有关国内外专家对消雷器所作过的一系列研究工作.通过高压试验和现场实测,对比了测得的避雷针和半导体消雷器的雷电参数,阅读了美国的AD报告,有关资料和理论分析强有力地证明国内外的消雷器防雷保护性能不会比常规避雷针更好。
This paper intreduces a series of research work about lightning eliminator the author and some spe-cialists both at home and abroad have done. In terms of the tests in the high voltage laboratory and field mea-surements, theoretical analysis and so on, the author was also invited to take part in the research group to dis-cuss the lightning protection project of 27 missile base. Through three years' measurments on Mount. 27 base,in comparison With the lightning parameters of lightning rod and simiconductor lightning eliminator, readingthe AD report - boument available to the U. S. public, the overwhelming evidence implies that all the light-ning eliminators tested do no more protection than a conventional lightning red would do.
