中压配电网的可靠性评估及新型接线模式研究

摘要(Abstract):

采用可靠性计算软件RAMSES对余姚市10 kV配电网的可靠性进行了定量评估,简要介绍了建模流程,分别在架空网和电缆网引入新型高可靠性"三双"接线,并从供电能力与可靠性角度将其与传统的配电网接线模式进行对比。最后从网络结构、技术、设备、管理等方面提出针对性的措施,以提高系统可靠性。
Reliability of 10 kV distribution networks in Yuyao is quantitatively assessed by RAMSES and the modeling process is briefly introduced.The Three-double connection with high reliability is introduced in overhead lines and cable networks,and it is compared with traditional connection modes for distribution networks in terms of power supply capacity and reliability.The paper proposes pertinent solutions in respects of network structure,technology,equipment and management so as to improve system reliability.
