摘要(Abstract)：

电网规划是保证电网安全、稳定、经济运行的有效手段,但对规划方案的优劣缺乏明确的衡量标准。在对国内外现有电网评价指标分析的基础上,构建了多权重因子影响的电网规划指标评价体系并制定了各评价指标的计算方法和评判标准,指标体系分基准层和指标层,分"结构优良、安全可靠、经济高效"三大类指标,进一步细化为18组指标,能够较全面的反映电网规划的主要特征因素。
Power network planning is an effective way to ensure safe, economic and stable power grid operation.However, there is no clear measurement criteria to evaluate the quality of panning scheme. In this paper, a grid index evaluation system influenced by multiple weight factors is established by analyzing power network evaluation indexes both at home and abroad. In addition, this paper explores the calculation method and measurement criteria of each index. The system is organized by base level and index level and the index level mainly focuses on indexes such as "sound organization, safety and reliability and economical efficiency", which are extended as 18 groups of indexes to fully reflect main characteristic factors of power network planning.
