±800kV特高压输电线路耐张线夹未压区鼓胀缺陷分析Analysis on Bulge Defect of Strain Clamp of ±800 kV Extra-high Voltage Transmission Lines

摘要(Abstract):
针对某±800 kV输电线路耐张线夹未压区膨胀开裂缺陷,通过宏观检查、解剖分析、渗水试验等综合分析,认为耐张线夹膨胀开裂原因是雨水通过导线线股细微间隙渗入未压区后受冷冰冻膨胀,最终导致耐张线夹膨胀开裂。同时,提出3种耐张线夹更换方案,筛选最优方案进行缺陷消除,并给出运维建议。
Through macroscopic examination, anatomical analysis and seepage test, it is believed that the strain clamp bulge and crack of ±800 kV transmission lines was caused by the bulge due to freezing of rain water seeped into line strands, which led to bulge and crack of the strain clamp. Meanwhile, the paper proposes three schemes for strain clamp replacement; besides, it selects an optimal scheme for defect elimination and brings forward operation and maintenance suggestions.
