浙江省燃煤机组深度调峰汽轮机设备影响分析

摘要(Abstract):

新能源建设的迅猛发展以及外购电量的不断增加使得燃煤机组深度调峰迫在眉睫,通过对浙江省58台300 MW及以上容量燃煤机组进行40%额定负荷深度调峰可靠性验证试验,分析了机组在40%额定负荷深度调峰时汽轮机主、辅设备的运行情况,重点介绍了主机本体汽缸温差、振动,给水泵系统以及其它辅助系统的影响。验证试验结果表明:经过运行调整,浙江省内300 MW级以上汽轮机组各主、辅系统无需进行大的改造,均已具备调峰至40%额度负荷的能力。
Deep peak shaving of coal fire units is imminent with the rapid increase of new energy construction and purchased power. This paper analyzes the operation of steam turbine and its auxiliary equipment during deep peak regulation at 40% rated load based on the reliability verification test for fifty-eight coal-fired units of 300 MW and above in Zhejiang province. Besides, this paper elaborates on the impact of steam turbine cylinder temperature difference and vibration on feed pump system and other auxiliary systems. The verification test indicates that the main and auxiliary systems need no massive transformation and have the ability to operate at 40% rated load.
