联合循环余热机组停/备用腐蚀防护技术综述
Review on Anti-corrosion Technology for Heat Recovery Boiler of Combined Cycle Units during Shutdown and Stand-by

摘要(Abstract):

发电成本高、气源无保障等原因导致当前部分燃气-蒸汽联合循环发电机组利用率低、停运时间长,联合循环余热机组停运腐蚀问题突出。联合循环余热机组常用停运腐蚀防护措施如余热烘干法、成膜胺法、充氮法和湿法保护在实际应用中存在各自缺点或局限性。针对联合循环余热机组特点研发的热风干燥法和干风干燥法具有应用范围广、使用灵活、经济环保的优势,能较好地满足联合循环余热机组停备用保护需求,其中干风干燥法在经济性和安全性方面比热风干燥法更占优势,可作为联合循环余热机组停备用保护推荐方法。
Because of the high cost and the shortages of natural gas, the utilization rate of some gas-steam combined cycle generator units is low and the standby time is long, and the corrosion of heat recovery boiler of combined cycle units is serious during shutdown period. The traditional anti-corrosion technologies during shutdown and standby such as waste heat drying method, film amine treatment, nitrogen filling protection and protective solution filling protection are not entirely competent in practical application for the demand of waste heat power units. The developed hot wind drying method and dry wind drying method are widely applied, flexible and environmental-friendly, and can be used for protection purpose of standby and shutdown units. The dry wind method is superior to the latter in terms of economy and safety, and can be a recommended method.
