协调二级电压控制的研究Study of Coordinated Secondary Voltage Control

摘要(Abstract)：
电网的快速发展对电压/无功的协调控制提出了更高的要求,二级电压控制(SVC)是一种较为有效的提高电压稳定性的方法,目前已经发展到了协调二级电压控制(CoordinatedSecondaryVoltageControl,CSVC)。文章介绍了CSVC的主要原理,研究CSVC的控制策略,并给出了控制策略的求解方法。以一个仿真实例说明,协调二级电压控制通过协调控制系统内的无功功率电源,使其作用达到最优化,是提高电压稳定性的有效途径。
With the development of power system more and more attention has been focused on coordinated automatic voltage control,secondary voltage control is an effective way to enhance voltage stability,and now has been developed to coordinated secondary voltage control.This paper proposes the main principle of CSVC,studies the control strategy,and gives the way to solve the control strategy.The results of the test example show that the CSVC by modifying reactive power output of each control generator in the system in a coordinated way,make them work optimally,and is an effective way to enhance the region's voltage staˉbility.
