在线蒸馏流动注射分析法测定废水中硫化物的可行性研究

摘要(Abstract):

应用FIA-6000+双通道在线蒸馏流动注射分析仪测定发电厂脱硫废水中硫化物含量,检验该仪器测定结果的精确度与稳定性,并测试其干扰因素。通过与国标方法对比,探讨该方法批量检测发电厂脱硫废水中硫化物含量的可行性。结果表明:标准曲线浓度在0.05~2.00 mg/L,方法检出限为0.003 mg/L,相关系数0.999 98,操作简单高效,适合发电厂脱硫废水硫化物的批量检测,具有实际推广意义。
Sulphite content in desulfurization waste water from power plant was detected by FIA-6000+ twochannel online distillation flow injection analyzer to test its accuracy, stability and interference factor. In contrast to national standard methods, the paper discusses the feasibility of the method in bulk measurement of sulphite content in waste water from power plant. The result shows that it is simple and effective for bulk sulphite content measurement in desulphurization waste water from power plant when the standard curve concentration is 0.05~2.00 mg/L, the measurement limit is 0.003 mg/L and the relevant coefficient is 0.999 98. The method can be widely promoted for practical use.
