一起单相电能表故障的实验分析
Experimental Analysis on a Fault of Single-phase Electric Energy Meter

摘要(Abstract):

针对一起单相智能电能表存在空走反向功率的故障,实验分析指出电流采样回路中电阻阻值变化是引起故障的原因,从电流采样回路焊接质量、工艺与装配质量等方面分别分析造成阻值变化的原因,提出电能表质量监督与管控的要点。
Aiming at a fault of reverse power of single-phase smart electric energy meter,the paper by experiment analyzes and indicates that the fault is caused by change of resistance value in sampling circuit.The paper analyzes the reasons of resistance value change in terms of welding quality of current sampling circuit,technology and assembly quality,and proposes the essentials of quality inspection and control of electric energy meters.
