摘要(Abstract):
分析查找影响1 000 MW机组塔式锅炉水冷壁出口汽温偏差大的原因,通过优化二次风门的配风方式及改变锅炉的燃尽风水平摆角,缩小了水冷壁出口汽温偏差,解决了锅炉燃烧火焰偏斜的问题。配风优化调整后,锅炉水冷壁出口汽温偏差降至25℃以内,不仅保证了锅炉安全性,还提高了运行经济性。
The paper analyzes and detects the causes of large outlet steam temperature deviation of water wall of 1 000 MW tower-type boiler. By optimization on air distribution mode of secondary air valve and changing horizontal angle of SOFA, the outlet temperature deviation of water wall is narrowed and the declination of combustion flame is corrected. After optimization on air distribution, the temperature deviation increases to no more than 25 ℃, not only guaranteeing boiler safety but improving the economy efficiency of boiler operation.
