强制循环余热锅炉传统干法保养方式优化Optimization of Traditional Dry Maintenance of Forced Circulation Waste Heat Boiler

摘要(Abstract):
强制循环余热锅炉因自身结构特点限制,采用传统热炉放水加余热烘干干法保养方式,其放水及余热烘干效果不佳,易使锅炉管内积水、湿度大,锅炉管内壁长期处于湿度、溶解氧超标的状态下,可能会导致锅炉管大面积腐蚀失效。因此讨论分析了强制循环余热锅炉传统干法保养方法的优化措施及实施效果,为问题的解决提供一些思路。
Due to the limitation of its own structural characteristics, the forced circulation waste heat boiler is maintained by the traditional heat furnace drainage and waste heat drying method. The drainage and waste heat drying effect is not good which causes water accumulation and humidity in the boiler tube and leads to large-scale corrosion failure of the boiler tube. In this paper, the optimization measures and effect of the traditional dry maintenance method of forced circulation waste heat boiler are discussed and analyzed, and some ideas are provided for solving the problem.
