环氧树脂纳米复合材料电气性能研究综述

摘要(Abstract):

环氧树脂纳米复合材料因其优异的电气性能而成为当前研究热点,纳米颗粒与聚合物基质形成的界面区域被认为是决定复合材料性能的关键。从环氧树脂纳米复合材料的结构模型出发,综述了国内外关于环氧纳米复合材料的电导率、击穿强度、介电常数和介质损耗等介电特性及其对应机理的研究,分析了当前研究的不足与面临的挑战,并展望了未来环氧树脂纳米复合材料的研究方向。
Epoxy resin-based nanocomposites now are research hotspots because of the excellent electrical properties. The interfacial area formed by nanoparticles and polymer matrix is the key to the properties of composites. This paper starts from the structural model of epoxy nanocomposites and expounds the dielectric properties such as conductivity, breakdown strength, dielectric constant and dielectric loss and the corresponding mechanisms of epoxy nanocomposites. Finally, the paper analyzes the shortcomings and challenges of current research and proposes the future research directions of epoxy nanocomposites.
