STAR-CCM+用于变压器温度场计算的可行性研究

摘要(Abstract):

变压器温度场是影响变压器绝缘状态的重要因素之一,研究变压器温度分布对保证其正常工作、延长其使用寿命意义重大。首先,建立基于STAR-CCM+的油浸式变压器仿真模型,分析典型油浸式配电变压器的温度分布。然后,将仿真结果与红外测温实验结果进行对比,最大误差不超过7.5℃,验证了STAR-CCM+用于变压器温度场计算的可行性与可靠性。最后,提出利用STAR-CCM+研究绕组热点问题的简易方案,为变压器温度场分析和热点分布预测提供了一种新的计算方法。
Temperature field is one of the key influencing factors of the transformer insulation state. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the transformer temperature distribution to ensure the normal operation of the transformer and extend its service life. Firstly, an oil-immersed transformer simulation model based on STAR-CCM+ was established to analyze temperature distribution; secondly, the simulation result was compared with the experiment result of the infrared temperature measurement result, and the maximum error was within 7.5 ℃, demonstrating the feasibility and reliability of STAR-CCM+ for transformer temperature field calculation. Finally, a simple scheme of STAR-CCM+ is employed to study winding hot spots, providing a new calculation method for transformer temperature field analysis and hot spots prediction.
