摘要(Abstract)：

介绍了基于IEC 61850规约的110 kV全数字化变电站田乐变网络结构,测控装置、智能操作箱、电子式互感器等配置和调试方法,对调试中碰到的问题进行了分析,提出了解决方法。
This paper introduces the network and the configurations of measurement and control device,intelligent control box,ECT/EVT and commissioning methods in Tianle substation based on IEC 61850.The solutions are offered through the analysis of the problems found during the commissioning process.
