摘要(Abstract)：

数字图书馆的开发与应用为电力行业信息资源的全面整合与共享提供了平台。介绍了浙江电力数字图书馆的建设情况,针对其功能模块、关键技术、发展方向进行了探讨。
The development and application of digital library provides a platform for integrating and sharing information resources in electric power industry.This paper introduces the construction of Zhejiang Electric Power Digital Library and discusses the function module,key technology and development target.
