摘要(Abstract)：

介绍了基于3G通信技术的照明智能控制系统的特点和功能,照明智能控制系统的应用不仅能提高路灯管理水平,还能实现城市更科学、经济和节能地照明要求。
The paper introduces characters and functions of 3G-based intelligent lighting control system.The application of intelligent lighting control system can not only improve the management of street lamps but also enable urban lighting to be more scientific,economic and energy-saving.
