一起变压器雷击损坏故障的分析Fault Analysis for Lightning-damaged Transformer

摘要(Abstract):
通过对一起连续雷击引起变压器短路损坏的故障现象、检测数据、损伤部位的分析,认为绕组结构、材料选用不合理,特别是绕组支撑件过短起不到支撑作用,是造成变压器动、热稳定性能降低,导致变压器故障损坏的主要原因,指出了变压器冲击短路试验方法与实际"保所用电"运行方式有区别。计算说明变压器出口短路时,流过变压器的短路电流并列运行往往比分列运行低。
Through the analysis of the phenomena,detection data,damage position of the transformer short circuit fault caused by successive lightning strikes,it is found that it is mainly resulted from unreasonable winding structure and material selection,especially because the winding support is so short that it can not achieve adequate support and weakens the dynamic and thermal stability of the transformer.This paper points out that the method of transformer short-circuit impact test is different from the actual operation mode which ensures the auxiliary power.The calculation shows that the short circuit current flowing through the transformers in parallel operation is usually lower than that in independent operation.
