考虑需求响应资源配置的现货-辅助服务市场联合出清机制

摘要(Abstract):

将需求响应资源作为调频资源纳入调频辅助服务市场,可以进一步优化资源配置,提高资源利用率。但是聚合商提前和用户侧签约具有周期性,高效准确地从用户侧配置需求响应资源面临不确定性因素的影响。基于此,建立负荷聚合商配置调频资源容量的决策模型。针对不确定性因素,将不确定性考虑纳入负荷聚合商决策模型,以获取最优调频资源配置。然后,将需求响应资源纳入调频辅助服务市场并构建现货-辅助服务市场联合出清的模型。仿真结果验证了所提需求响应资源配置策略及联合出清机制的有效性。
Incorporating demand response(DR) resources as frequency regulation resources into the frequency regulation ancillary service market can further optimize resource allocation and improve resource utilization efficiency. However, aggregators typically sign contracts with end-users on a periodic basis in advance, and efficiently and accurately allocating DR resources from the end-user side is subject to the uncertainties. To address this issue, a decision-making model for load aggregators to allocate frequency regulation resource capacity is established. Based on the uncertainties, the proposed model incorporates uncertainty modeling into the aggregator's decision-making framework to achieve optimal DR resource allocation. Subsequently, DR resources are integrated into the frequency regulation ancillary service market, and a joint clearing model for the spot market and ancillary service market is constructed. Simulation results validate the effectiveness of the proposed DR resource allocation strategy and the joint clearing mechanism.
