应用太阳能与半导体技术散热的智能终端柜的研制与应用

摘要(Abstract):

智能化变电站终端设备的可靠性关系到变电站的安全稳定运行,由于传统设备柜体散热效果不佳,导致柜内温度过高,使智能终端设备缺陷发生率居高不下。应用太阳能与半导体技术设计了一种新型散热智能终端柜,能有效降低柜内温度。介绍了这款新型终端柜的设计、装置结构与技术参数,分析了应用效果和优缺点,并提出相应的改进建议。
Reliability of terminal units in the intelligent substation is essential to its operation safety and stability. The traditional cabinet is not well cooled and the internal temperature is too much high, resulting in high deficiency rate of intelligent terminal units. The solar energy and semiconductor technique are employed to design an intelligent terminal cabinet with new cooling mode, the inner temperature of which is effectively reduced. This paper introduces the design idea, structure and technical parameters of this new terminal cabinet and analyzes its advantages and disadvantages in application; it also gives the corresponding suggestions on improvement.
