摘要(Abstract):
智能电网的发展离不开技术标准的支撑,IEEE作为全球最大的专业技术组织,其标准协会IEEE-SA已经着手规划和推动智能电网标准的研究和实践,颁布了一系列智能电网新技术标准,初步形成了智能电网标准体系。以IEEE智能电网标准为研究对象,系统介绍了IEEE智能电网标准的发展历史、标准框架、专业分布、智能电网标准远景规划和研究进展等内容,以期为我国智能电网标准的制定和标准化工作提供借鉴和参考。
Technical standards are essential to the development of smart grid. IEEE is the largest professional technical organization in the world and IEEE-SA is undertaking the planning and promotion of smart grid standard research and practice by issuing a series of technical standards for smart grid to form preliminary smart grid standard system. Taking IEEE smart grid standard as the research object, the paper introduces its development, standard framework, professions distribution as well as long range planning and research of smart grid standards, expecting to provide reference for the establishment of smart grid standards and the standardization work in China.
