适用于T型输电线路的故障测距新方案
A New Fault Location Scheme for T-type Transmission Lines

摘要(Abstract):

考虑到快速、准确地故障测距对电力系统具有重要意义,提出了一种适用于T型输电线路的故障测距新方案。首先,通过对故障支路列写局部节点电压方程,推导出T型输电线络的故障稳态等值网络。然后,利用任意两端母线保护安装处的故障稳态电流,建立以故障位置为未知量的方程。最后,采用叠加原理求取故障稳态电流,实现故障测距功能。基于PSCAD/EMTDC平台的仿真结果表明,方案能够快速、准确地计算故障距离,且不受故障类型、故障位置、过渡电阻和负荷电流的影响,具有较高的精度。
In view of the importance of fast and accurate fault location for power system, a new fault location scheme for T-type transmission lines is proposed. Firstly, the equivalent steady-state network of T-type transmission lines in fault is derived by setting local node voltage equation of the fault branch. Secondly, the equation with the fault location as the unknown quantity is established by using the fault steady-state current of bus protection installation position at any two ends. Finally, the fault steady-state current is calculated under the principle of superposition so as to realize the function of fault location. Simulation result based on PSCAD/EMTDC shows that the scheme can calculate the fault distance quickly and accurately and is immune to the fault type, fault point, transition resistance and load current, and has high precision.
