摘要(Abstract)：

对风电开发过程中风能资源评估、项目认证和设备制造、工程建设选址、风电场并网运行以及上网电价模式等方面存在的问题进行分析与讨论,可为风电工程建设提供借鉴。
Wind power as a clean renewable energy sources,has entered in a period of rapid development in China.The paper analyses and discussions on the problems in wind power development process,about wind power? assessment,project certification,equipment make,engineering address choice,grid operation,tariff modes,etc.These can provide some references for wind power construction.
