基于柔性顺控的制粉系统一键启停控制技术在1000 MW超超临界火电机组的实践与应用

摘要(Abstract):

由于制粉系统风门、挡板的可靠性不高,火电机组在运行中执行器不到位或位置信号表征不当的问题时有发生,且存在制粉系统特性差异大、系统启停时燃烧控制不佳等问题,系统的一键启停技术没有得到很好应用,制粉系统启停时机往往由操作员自行判断,手动控制。根据某1 000 MW机组制粉系统的设备状况及运行手动操作经验,对原有的顺控启停方案进行优化,分析了一键启停的难点,探讨制粉系统的柔性顺控技术,解决了模拟量与顺序控制结合的难题,同时对制粉系统自启停时机进行了探讨,运用柔性顺控技术实现了制粉系统的一键启停功能。应用表明,优化后的制粉系统一键启停技术大幅节约了启停时间,能够有效减轻操作员的劳动强度。
Due to the low reliability of the damper and baffle of the pulverized coal preparation system, the problems that the actuator is not in place or the position signal is improperly characterized during operation frequently occur, and there are problems such as large differences in the characteristics of the pulverized coal preparation system and poor combustion control during the system starts and stops. The one-click start-stop technology of the pulverized coal preparation system is not well applied, the timing of starting and stopping the milling system is often judged by the operator, and the start-stop process is manually controlled. According to the equipment status of a 1 000 MW unit's pulverized coal preparation system and the manual operation experience of the operators, the original sequential control start-stop scheme is optimized, and the difficulties of the one-click start-stop is analyzed, the flexible sequential control technology of the pulverized coal preparation system is discussed to solve the problem of combining the analogue quantity and the sequential control;meanwhile, the time of starting and stopping the pulverized coal preparation system is discussed, and the flexible sequential control technology is employed to realize one-click start-stop. The application shows that the optimized one-click start-stop technology of the pulverized coal preparation system greatly saves the startstop time and effectively reduces the labour intensity of operators.
