摘要(Abstract):
为响应国家节能环保政策要求,实现某660 MW超临界机组捞渣机渣水无溢流运行,降低原有系统水耗和能耗,在充分分析及试验认证的基础上,通过对捞渣机渣水系统相关设备改造、控制逻辑优化等措施,实现节能改造目标。在保障设备安全运行的前提下,大大减少捞渣机外排渣水量,节能效果显著。
In response to the requirements of the national energy saving and environmental protection policy and enable slag conveyor of a 660 MW supercritical unit to operate without slag water overflow to reduce water consumption and energy consumption of the system, the devices of slag water system are retrofitted and the control logic is optimized to achieve the goal of energy-saving transformation on the basis of full analysis and test verification. The outlet slag water is reduced and operation safety of the system is guaranteed, by which energy is greatly saved.
