发电厂土建结构概念和体系优化
Concept and System Optimization of the Civil Construction of Power Plant

摘要(Abstract):

为更好地优化火力发电厂的土建结构,针对火力发电厂土建结构的特点,根据全寿命整体优化设计概念,提出"功能合理、荷载取准,充分发挥材料强度"的优化原则,力求实现最优设防荷载下的最小结构造价。对火力发电厂的主厂房区域、输煤系统、干灰库、综合管架和灌注桩选型等进行了概念和体系优化分析。结果表明:采用C40混凝土灌注桩,节约全厂桩基费用33%;综合管架采用横向钢筋混凝土纵向钢拉杆结构,与传统纵向钢梁结构相比节约钢材20%;干灰库分析了传统结构、预应力结构和储灰层钢板结构,从节约材料的角度钢板结构最优,从节约投资角度,传统结构最优;输煤栈桥采用下沉式三角钢管桁架,与传统桁架相比,节约钢材20%;对碎煤机室的隔振台座布置进行了革新,新的结构形式的主体结构受理合理,且更加经济。
In order for better optimization of civil construction of power plant, the paper proposes an optimization principle of "reasonable functions, accurate load and full exertion of material strength" in accordance with whole life span optimization design concept and civil construction features of thermal power plant to achieve minimum construction cost under the condition of optimal precautionary load. The conceptual optimization analysis on the main building, coal handling system, dry ash storage, integrated pipe rack and caisson pile selection is conducted. It is pointed out that C40 concrete pile is adopted to save the cost of pile foundation of the whole plant by 33%. composite pipe rack adopts a transverse reinforced concrete longitudinal steel rod structure, which saves 20% of the steel compared with the traditional longitudinal steel beam structure. The dry ash storage has analyzed the traditional structure, prestressed structure and ash storage layer steel plate structure, in which the steel plate structure is the best in material saving, and the traditional structure is the best in cost saving. The coal conveying trestle adopts a sinking triangular steel tube truss,which saves 20% of the steel compared with the traditional trusses. The layout of the vibration isolation pedestal of the coal crushing machine room has been innovating. The main structure of the new structural form is reasonable and more economical.
