变压器分闸对铁心剩磁的影响研究

摘要(Abstract):

变压器空载合闸励磁涌流对电网运行产生诸多问题,以相控合闸为代表的涌流抑制技术可以消除其影响,而相控合闸实现的关键因素是变压器铁心剩磁的测量。为此,针对变压器分闸对铁心剩磁的影响问题展开研究。首先,基于变压器分闸回路,估算变压器分闸截流过电压,定性地研究其对铁心剩磁的影响;然后,结合J-A磁滞仿真,探究变压器铁心剩磁与分闸角的关系及分闸后铁心磁通的变化轨迹;最后,采用变压器剩磁定量测量,得出了变压器实际剩磁的演化规律,并对前述的理论分析及仿真探究结果进行了验证。
Magnetizing inrush current caused by transformer no-load switching can lead to various issues in power grid operations. Techniques such as phase-controlled switching are effective in mitigating these effects, with the key factor being the measurement of the transformer core's residual magnetism. This paper investigates the impact of transformer switching-off on core residual magnetism. First, based on the transformer switching-off circuit, the switching-off interruption overvoltage is estimated, and its qualitative impact on core residual magnetism is analyzed. Next, using J-A hysteresis simulation, the relationship between transformer core residual magnetism and switching-off angle, as well as the magnetic flux trajectory after switching-off, is explored. Finally, quantitative measurement of the transformer's residual magnetism is conducted, revealing the evolution patterns of actual residual magnetism. The theoretical analysis and simulation-based findings are validated.
