倒置式电流互感器带电取油样装置的研制
Development of Energized Oil Sampling Device for Inverted Current Transformer

摘要(Abstract):

根据油浸倒置式电流互感器的结构特点,研制了带电取样装置,利用油样引下装置将油样引至工作人员方便采集的位置,避免了设备因油样采集而停电,保障了作业安全,实现了倒置式电流互感器带电取样。通过数据对比,证实油样引下装置不会增加油量消耗,所采油样的色谱数据也与原采样装置基本吻合。
An energized oil sampling device is developed in accordance with the structural characteristics of the oil-immersed inverted current transformers.The down leading device is utilized to lead the oil samples into a convenient position for collecting samples.It prevents power outage of the equipment due to oil sampling,ensures the safety of operation and achieves the energized sampling of the inverted current transformer.Through the data comparison,the down leading device has been proved not to increase oil consumption and the chromatographic data of the samples collected are consistent with that of the original sampling device.
