摘要(Abstract):
针对某发电厂660 MW机组在并网后汽轮机中调门指令频繁波动导致单阀与顺序阀无法正常切换的问题,分析汽轮机DEH控制系统中调门控制机理,通过实例对比说明机组启动过程中主要参数控制出现的问题,所介绍的通过控制模式切换消除中调门指令波动的方法,可为其他发电厂的汽轮机冲转和控制提供参考。
Single valve and sequence valve can not be normally switched due to control instruction fluctuation of medium-pressure regulating valve of steam turbine after integration of 660 MW units. The paper analyzes control mechanism of medium-pressure regulating valve of steam turbine DEH(digital electro-hydraulic control system) and expounds problems of major parameter control during generating units startup by comparing the examples. The method of eliminating control instruction fluctuation of medium-pressure regulating valve through control modes switching can be reference for steam turbine turning and controlling in other power plants.
