摘要(Abstract)：

介绍法国巴黎、新加坡以及国内目前主要应用的中压电缆网接线模式,对各种接线模式的供电可靠性、配电自动化实现方式、网架的拓展性等进行对比分析。探讨了国内配电网规划、建设和发展的新思路。
The main medium-voltage cable network connection modes in Paris,Singapore and China are introduced.All kinds of connection modes are compared and analyzed in terms of power supply reliability,distribution automation methods and network expansibility.And the new ideas on planning,construction and development of domestic distribution networks are discussed.
