660 MW机组甩负荷试验转速飞升过高原因分析

摘要(Abstract):

介绍了上海汽轮机厂660 MW超超临界机组50%甩负荷试验过程,以及机组甩负荷防超速保护功能。从甩负荷判断速度、 DEH(数字电液控制)系统响应速度、调门快关时间3个方面进行分析,指出甩负荷后汽轮机转速飞升过高的原因是调门快关指令柜间的通信广播频率为慢速。对通信设置进行修改后,机组50%甩负荷试验汽轮机飞升转速在合格范围。
The paper introduces the process of 50% load rejection test of 660 MW ultra-supercritical unit manufactured by STP and the function of overspeed prevention. By analyzing the speed of load rejection determination, the response speed of DEH(digital electro-hydraulic) system, fast closing time of governing valve,the paper indicates that the sharp rotation speed rise of the steam turbine after load rejection results from low communication broadcast frequency between instruction cabinets. After modification of communication setting,the rotation speed of the steam turbine in the 50% load rejection test returns to a normal level.
