摘要(Abstract)：

根据宁波电网2014年春节期间的负荷特性以及宁波电网的无功控制难点,制定了无功控制的具体调控措施,实现了春节期间宁波电网各电压等级中枢点电压合格率100%,表明了所提措施的正确性及有效性。
According to load characteristic of Ningbo power grid in Spring Festival in year 2014 and difficulties of reactive power control, a specific reactive power control strategy is formulated, by means of which voltages at pilot nodes of various voltage classes are 100% passing. It is shown that the proposed measures are correct and effective.
