摘要(Abstract):

介绍了长兴电厂厂级机组调度系统硬件结构和软件设计。基于动态规划法算法,能够根据AGC指令,以总供电煤耗量最少为目标重新分配各机组出力,满足电网需要。经济性测试数据表明,该系统能有效降低总煤耗量,达到节能减排的目的。
This paper introduces hardware structure and software design of dispatching system for plant-level units in Changxing Power Plant.According to the AGC instruction the dynamic planning algorithm redistributes the output of the units with the objective of minimum coal consumption to meet the needs of power grid.The economic test data shows that the system can effectively reduce the total coal consumption and achieve energy-saving and emission reduction.
