摘要(Abstract):
根据分析容克式空气预热器漏风机理及漏风率高低对锅炉效率的影响,对其发电厂空预器漏风控制系统改造前后的效果进行对比。通过空预器漏风控制系统改造,空气预热器整体设备运行状况得到改善,锅炉性能得到改善,机组经济性获得了良好的提升。
According to the air leakage mechanism of Juncker air preheater and the influence of air leakage rate on boiler efficiency, the effects of air leakage control system before and after retrofit in power plant are compared. Through the retrofit of the air leakage control system of the air preheater, the overall operation of the air preheater is improved, the boiler performance is enhanced, and the economy of the unit is promoted well.
