那曲高海拔地区110 kV输电线路带电作业可行性分析

摘要(Abstract):

结合国内外高海拔带电作业的计算方法,对西藏自治区那曲4 000~5 000 m高海拔地区110 kV输电线路带电作业的可行性进行研究。首先,分析了环境、设备、工器具、安全距离等影响带电作业的主要因素;然后选取实际目标线路,验算带电作业安全距离,计算带电作业危险率,并对杆塔设备进行带电作业安全距离校验。计算分析结果表明:在控制好安全距离的前提下,那曲4 000~5 000 m高海拔地区110 kV输电线路可以开展带电作业。
Based on the high-altitude live operation calculation method both at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the feasibility of live operation of 110 kV transmission lines in the 4 000~5 000 m high-altitude area of Naqu in Tibet autonomous region. Firstly, the paper analyzes the main influencing factors of live operation such as environment, equipment, implements and safety clearance; then, it selects targeted lines to calculate the safety clearance of live operation and the risk. Finally, the paper checks safety clearance for live operation of equipment on towers. The calculation and analysis show that live operation on 110 kV transmission lines in 4 000~5 000 m high altitude area in Naqu is feasible with appropriate safety clearance.
