一起沿海风电场10 kV集电线路短路引起箱变着火故障分析Analysis on a Fire Fault of Box Type Transformers Caused by Short Circuit of 10 kV Collector Cable in a Coastal Wind Farm

摘要(Abstract):
电缆故障是沿海风电场的常见故障之一。对一起沿海风电场10 kV集电电缆故障引起箱变着火的案例进行分析,指出外力破坏是电缆短路故障发生的直接原因,开关拒动是故障扩大的原因,继电保护设置欠考虑是故障切除不及时的原因。并给出相应的反事故措施:为避免风电场再次发生此类事故,除加强集电线路巡查外,还应加强开关设备的预试管理,包括10 kV真空断路器按照6年周期进行大修,对辅助回路和控制回路、动作特性、分合闸线圈等进行预防性试验;定期核算继电保护设置,对主变压器采用复合电压闭锁的过电流保护,正序低电压动作值选取不应过低,建议设为75 V。
Cable faults are commonly seen in coastal wind farms. This paper introduces a fire fault of box-type transformer caused by a short circuit of 10 kV collector cable in a coastal wind farm. It is found that the external force damage is the direct cause of cable fault, and the switch operation refusal is the cause of fault extension, and the inconsiderate relay protection setting is the reason why the fault is not removed in time.The anti-accident measures are given accordingly: to avoid reoccurrence of such accidents at wind farms, the collector cable inspection should be focused and the pre-test management of switchgear be strengthened; 10 kV vacuum circuit breaker should be overhauled every 6 years; preventive tests on auxiliary and control circuits, operating characteristics and switching coils; the relay protection settings should be reviewed periodically and overcurrent protection of compound voltage lockout is adopted for the main transformer, and the positive sequence low voltage action value should not be too low and the suggested value is 75 V.
