城市再生水回用于发电厂烟气脱硫系统的可行性分析

摘要(Abstract):

城市再生水用于烟气脱硫系统将有效缓解发电厂淡水资源不足的局面,比较分析再生水水质和脱硫工艺用水水质要求,再生水回用于烟气脱硫系统是可行的。脱硫工艺水的水源改变后,工艺水含盐量和COD上升使脱硫废水排放量增加,非防腐设备面临的腐蚀风险增加。为保证再生水利用经济性和安全性,需对再生水含盐量、COD进行限制,对再生水利用方式进行合理调整,还应加强再生水的消毒灭菌处理。
The reuse of urban reclaimed water in flue gas desulfurization(FGD) system will effectively alleviate the shortage of freshwater resources in power plants.Based on the comparison and analysis of quality requirements on reclaimed water and process water in FGD,it is feasible to use urban reclaimed water as process water in FGD.As a result of the change of process water source,the risk of equipment corrosion may increase because of the higher salt content and chemical oxygen demand(COD) in process water.To ensure the reuse economy and safety,it is necessary to limit the salt content and COD in reclaimed water,adjust the reuse way reasonably and strengthen the disinfection of reclaimed water.
