基于服务蓝图的省级电力交易中心服务改进研究

摘要(Abstract):

随着国内新电改进程的不断深入,作为独立机构的省级电力交易中心需要立足职能定位,强化服务属性,不断提升服务能力与服务水平,发挥其市场资源配置的重要作用。通过构建电力交易服务蓝图,详细剖析了电力交易内容、交易流程和关键点因素。通过交易主体调研,构建关键点因素的推导模型,发现急需修补因素,并提出优化服务流程、改进服务质量的建议。
With the deepening of new electric power reform in China, the provincial electric power trading center must strengthen service attributes and improve service capabilities and levels to play an important role in the allocation of market resources based on functional positioning. This paper analyzes the electric power trading content, process and key factors by constructing a power trading service blueprint. Through the investigation of trading members, this paper constructs a key factor derivation model, finds the factors that need to be repaired urgently, and proposes the suggestions for optimizing service processes and improving service quality.
