1000 kV特高压线路电压检测二次回路分析及改进

摘要(Abstract):

1 000 kV线路电压检测回路广泛应用于特高压变电站站内控制保护系统,相比于超高压变电站,特高压变电站对线路电压检测的要求更为严苛。目前采用的1 000 kV线路电压检测方案故障率高,不能满足现场要求。以1 000 kV特高压南阳站长南Ⅰ线和南荆Ⅰ线间隔线路电压检测继电器及其二次回路设计方案为例,分析其存在问题,提出将电磁型电压中间继电器更改为固态继电器、安装地点更改为继电保护小室电压转接屏和采用测控装置实现电压检测的改进方案,对后续交流特高压工程的设计、运维和检修具有借鉴意义。
The 1 000 kV line voltage detection loop is widely used in the control and protection system of ultra-high voltage substations. Compared with extra-high voltage substations, ultra-high voltage substations have more stringent requirements for line voltage detection. The current 1 000 kV line voltage detection programme has a high failure rate and cannot meet field requirements. Taking the design scheme of the interval line voltage detection relay and its secondary circuit of the 1 000 kV ultra-high pressure Nanyang station Changnan I line and Nanjing I line for instance, this paper proposes an improved scheme of changing electromagnetic intermediate relay into solid state relay, changing installation location into relay protection small room voltage switch screen and using measurement and control device to realize voltage detection, which can be used for reference for the design, operation, maintenance and maintenance of the subsequent AC UHV project.
