基于NCS一体化模式的发电厂自动电压控制功能与实现Function and Realization of Automatic Voltage Control Based on Net Control System in Power Plant

摘要(Abstract):
为了响应和配合浙江电网调度对全网电压无功进行在线优化决策、动态调度和管理,着手进行了厂内机组AVC子站建设的相关工作。根据电厂实际情况,提出了基于NCS一体化模式的发电厂自动电压控制系统建设方案。介绍了该方案实现的功能、涉及的改造工作及运行维护等。
In order to respond to and cooperate with the Zhejiang Power Grid scheduling of online optimization decision-making,dynamic scheduling and management for the entire grid voltage and reactive power,to proceed with related construction work of AVC slave-station in power plant.According to the actual situation in the plant,construction program of automatic voltage control system in power plant based on NCS(network control system) integration model has been put forward.This paper introduces the functions of the program,involving the transformation work,operation,maintenance and so on.
