摘要(Abstract)：

电网建设项目具有投资大、工期长的特点,受制于多重约束条件。研究并提出了多约束条件下电网建设各环节的合理工期,对国网金华供电公司近几年重要的电网建设项目进行了分析,研究了影响电网建设项目工期的关键因素,提出了多条件约束下电网建设项目全过程闭环管控对策。
Power grid construction projects are featured with large investment, long period and multi-constraints. This paper investigates and presents reasonable limit of every segment of power grid construction projects with multi-constraints and analyzes important power grid construction projects of Jinhua Power Supply Company in recent years; it studies key factors influencing duration of power grid construction projects. Finally, overall process management and control countermeasures for power grid construction projects with multi-constraints are proposed.
