摘要(Abstract):

针对国内输电系统评价专注于设备侧管理而缺乏系统角度的可靠性评价的现状,介绍近年来国内外输电系统可靠性评价的研究进展,提出了基于RAMSES的220 kV输电系统可靠性评价模型及采用的评价指标。结合浙江某输电系统实例采用该评价指标体系进行评价,对评价结果作了相应分析。
As the evaluation of the domestic transmission system focuses on equipment side management and lacks systematic reliability evaluation,this paper describes the research achievements of reliability evaluation of transmission systems at home and abroad in recent years,proposes the reliability evaluation model and the evaluation index of 220 kV transmission system based on RAMSES.The evaluation is performed with the evaluation index system based on a case of transmission system in Zhejiang and the analysis of evaluation results is carried out.
