摘要(Abstract)：

在对常见中性点接地方式优缺点进行比较的基础上,结合宁波城市配电网情况,分析了目前城市配电网中性点接地方式存在的问题,提出了解决对策和建议。
On the basis of comparing advantages and disadvantages of the common neutral grounding modes and in combination with the situation of urban distribution networks of Ningbo,this paper analyzes the problem of the neutral point grounding modes in the existing urban distribution networks and proposes solutions to these problems and suggestions.
