基于新能源电源的电网黑启动研究综述Summary of Black Start of Power Grid Based on Renewable Energy Power Supply

摘要(Abstract):
面对世界能源危机和环境问题,新能源发电已成为必然趋势,大停电事故的发生更进一步促使基于新能源电源的黑启动问题成为研究热点。梳理了国内外基于新能源电源的黑启动研究现状,分析新能源电源的黑启动能力,从新能源电源控制、仿真角度探究基于新能源电源的黑启动关键技术。重点讨论了黑启动中的电磁暂态过程,研究黑启动过程的实时仿真平台及其架构设计,指出进一步研究的重点方向。
Due to the global energy crisis and environmental problems, new energy power generation has become an inexorable trend. Moreover, the blackout accidents make the black start based on renewable energy power supply become a hot topic for research. The paper expounds on black start research status based on renewable energy power supply both at home and abroad, analyzes its black start capacity, explores the key technologies concerning renewable energy power supply control and simulation. Finally, it discusses the electromagnetic transient process during black start, studies the real-time simulation platform and the architecture design and presents the focal point of further research.
